BDO Mann Judd was founded in 1977 by Clifford Culmer a leading Bahamian Chartered Accountant. The Firm throughout its existence has provided accounting, auditing, corporate finance, corporate recovery, corporate services, forensic investigations and management consulting to owner managed businesses, multinational corporations and public sector entities, worldwide.
From November 2006 to March 2008, the founding partner, Clifford Culmer and corporate finance manager, Myles Culmer, served as the Independent Management Consultant, and Joint Receivers and Managers for The Grand Bahama Port Authority (GBPA) and Port Group Limited. GBPA is the quasi- governmental organization responsible for the management of the city of Freeport, Grand Bahama.
